KICK-OFF MEETING

Our journey begins with a First Meeting, a fundamental moment to better understand your renovation needs and goals. This preliminary meeting can take place either in person at the project site or remotely, after receiving the graphic documentation of the property via emailplans, sections, photos.
During the Kick-Off Meeting, we focus on listening to your ideas and expectations, whether it’s a new construction, complete renovation, or space renewal. Together, we will compile a list of desired features, establishing priorities and ways to use the spaces. This allows us to outline a tailored project that meets your practical and aesthetic needs.
We will explain the design services we offer, providing information about timelines, budgets, and any necessary permits for the intervention. This meeting is completely free and without obligation: it is an opportunity to get to know each other and jointly evaluate the best path for your project.
Thanks to this personalized approach, our goal is to ensure accurate planning and a complete understanding of your needs, creating a solid foundation for developing the renovation or renewal project.

CONCEPT AND MOODBOARD

The initial design development represents a crucial preliminary phase in defining the concept and creating the project idea, laying the groundwork for the subsequent project development. During this phase, we focus on creating the concept and developing the first design ideas to ensure a clear and structured vision of the final result.
We start by creating mood boards, visual tools that help us identify the desired atmosphere and the stylistic direction of the project. The mood boards are created based on the first impressions aroused by the space, integrating colors, materials, and aesthetic references. This process allows us to develop a coherent and personalized design identity, visually representing the project idea.
Next, we develop a preliminary design proposal based on the goals and needs gathered during the first meeting. This proposal outlines the spatial distribution, offering an initial vision of how to organize the spaces in a functional, harmonious, and conceptually consistent way. The preliminary phase allows us to share the first design ideas and discuss details, laying the groundwork for a targeted and quality project development.
This structured approach ensures personalized and functional design, providing a solid foundation to proceed with the subsequent phases of the renovation or interior design project.

CONTRACT SIGNING

Signing the contract represents a key moment in the project journey as it marks the official start of the collaboration between the client and our team. This step clearly establishes the terms and methods of project execution, ensuring transparency and professionalism.
Once the contract is formalized, the project enters its operational phase. We begin by preparing the final project drawings, including space distribution, construction details, and identified technical solutions. At the same time, we proceed with the detailed development of the project concept, translating the initial idea into a concrete and feasible plan.

SURVEY

The survey phase follows, a fundamental step to acquire precise and detailed information about the property.
The survey involves taking accurate measurements of the spaces, recording dimensions, heights, volumes, and all relevant architectural features. During this phase, technical data is also collected, such as the location of existing systems and any structural issues.
Thanks to an accurate survey, precise planning and flawless execution are ensured, respecting the specifications and current regulations.

DETAILED DESIGN AND COST ESTIMATE

The detailed design phase is crucial, where the project concept is translated into a concrete operational plan. During this phase, we create detailed graphic drawings that represent the internal space distribution, guidelines for renovation and furnishing works, and construction and decorative details.
Special attention is given to the technical system design (electrical, hydraulic, thermal, air conditioning) and the lighting design, with a study and positioning of lighting fixtures. Furthermore, we handle the selection of finishes and supplies, such as sanitary fixtures, taps, lighting fixtures, and furnishings, to ensure stylistic consistency and quality.
At the same time, we draft a detailed economic framework, including a list of works, materials, and furnishings, to provide an overall cost estimate for the intervention.
This integrated and professional approach guarantees a customized, precise, and transparent project, ensuring implementation that meets agreed expectations and specifications.

START OF WORKS

Once the contract with the contractor is signed and the necessary building permits obtained, the works can finally begin. This phase marks the concrete start of the renovation project, and our goal is to ensure punctual and compliant execution according to the established plan.
We oversee every phase of the construction site through project management, constantly monitoring progress to ensure that each activity is carried out as planned. Through accurate management and continuous on-site presence, we can promptly intervene in case of unexpected issues or technical problems.
Our professional and organized approach keeps the project under control, respecting the planned timeline and ensuring a final result that meets the client’s expectations.

END OF WORKS

At the end of the works, we conduct a thorough final inspection of the interventions carried out, comparing the result with what was planned in the executive project. This control phase is crucial to ensure the quality of finishes, correct installation of systems, and testing of installed elements.
Once the site is completed, we handle the delivery of necessary certifications, including compliance certificates for systems (electrical, hydraulic, thermal, air conditioning) and other documents required by current regulations, such as the Energy Performance Certificate (APE) and the Certified Habitability Notice (SCA).

PHOTOGRAPHIC SERVICE OF THE PROPERTY

After the installation of furnishings and lighting fixtures, with the client’s consent, we offer a professional photographic service of the renovated property. This free service aims to enhance every detail of the completed project, showcasing the quality of the work performed.
The photographic service has a dual purpose: creating an internal archive to document the completed project and, with the client’s consent, publishing the images on our channels to demonstrate the quality of our interventions.
The photographs are taken by professionals, ensuring high-quality shots that highlight the aesthetics and functionality of the renewed spaces.
We ensure that the images do not contain references or details that may lead to the location of the property, fully respecting the client’s privacy.
This photographic service represents an opportunity to document the project at no additional cost, providing the client with high-quality images as a memory of the completed work.
