The interiors are reshaped into a new balance: the kitchen area expands, embracing light and conviviality, while the living room adjusts to a more intimate and functional dimension. On the first floor, one of the bedrooms evolves into a refined suite, where a walk-through closet leads to a private bathroom, creating a seamless and natural flow between living functions.

The completely updated systems ensure efficiency and safety. The plumbing and sanitary system has been redesigned, integrating new solutions for the kitchen and bathrooms, while the electrical system has been meticulously reconfigured, with carefully placed lighting points, outlets, and switches. The technological core of the house has been modernized to provide a high level of comfort and functionality.

The finishes narrate a story of refined materials and meticulous details. In the bathrooms, surfaces are adorned with stone-effect slabs, while oak wood countertops add a touch of sophisticated warmth. The main guest bathroom stands out with a travertine sink—an elegant natural sculpture that enhances the materiality of the space—while in the other bathrooms, high-quality ceramic sinks and sanitary fixtures define an elegant and timeless aesthetic.

The existing doussié wood flooring is preserved and seamlessly integrated into the kitchen and the walk-in closet of the master bedroom, creating a fluid connection between spaces. The kitchen itself becomes a statement of design, featuring champagne-toned cabinetry that enhances the refinement of the environment, while the island and Calacatta marble countertops introduce a luminous contrast, blending aesthetics with functionality.

The walls are enriched with gypsum boiserie, a decorative element that gracefully extends through the kitchen, living area, staircase, first-floor hallway, and master bedroom, adding depth and character to the spaces. The lighting design, crafted with precision, unfolds in a dynamic and immersive system: recessed spotlights, wall sconces, projectors, pendant lamps, and LED strips shape the atmosphere with accuracy, highlighting architectural lines and material interplay.

Villa GG is revitalized through an intervention that harmonizes tradition and innovation, restoring spaces that are elegant, functional, and in perfect dialogue between past and future.
