Villa AF is renewed through a renovation intervention that enhances the penthouse as a place of light, air, and spatial continuity. Here, the boundary between interior and exterior dissolves, creating a harmonious environment designed to welcome contemporary life with elegance and functionality.
The penthouse space is reinterpreted with a new fluidity of living. The living area, kitchen, and terrace merge into a visual and perceptual continuum, where the boundaries between inside and outside become blurred. The large openings towards the exterior amplify the sense of space, inviting natural light to shape the interiors, making them more airy and bright.
Outside, a pergola gracefully integrates into the open spaces, transforming the terrace into an outdoor retreat, a natural extension of the living area, perfect for moments of relaxation and socializing.
The bedroom, bathed in light thanks to large windows on two sides, has been designed to preserve this luminous quality. The addition of custom cabinetry ensures functionality without compromising the visual lightness and spatial purity of the room.
Through these interventions, Villa AF transforms into a place that breathes and allows time to pass through it, preserving the charm of its history while projecting itself towards a more sustainable and brighter future.
